Den h\u00f8je styrke kontinuerlige glasfibre modst\u00e5 tryk belastninger fra det indre tryk, mens de hakkede fibre giver fremragende modstandsdygtighed over for aksiale belastninger, slag, og h\u00e5ndtering belastninger. Den strukturelle laminat best\u00e5r af st\u00e6rkt forst\u00e6rkede skind, adskilt af en kompakt, forst\u00e6rket silica-fyldt kerne for at give optimal b\u00f8jningsstivhed.
