<strong>Schleuderverfahren<\/strong> in einem zu 100 % computergesteuerten Prozess hergestellt. Dabei bringt der sogenannte Feeder alle Rohstoffe \u2013 <strong>geschnittene Glasfasern<\/strong>, <strong>duroplastische Harze<\/strong> (unges\u00e4ttigtes Polyester- oder Vinylesterharz) und Zuschlagstoffe \u2013 in eine schnell rotierende Matrize ein, die den Au\u00dfendurchmesser der Rohre bestimmt. Nachdem das gesamte Material in die Matrize eingebracht wurde, wird die Geschwindigkeit erh\u00f6ht und so das Material mit Zentrifugalkr\u00e4ften von bis zu 75 g gegen die Matrizenwand gepresst, entgast, verdichtet und ausgeh\u00e4rtet. Durch diesen Schleuderprozess wird das Rohr kreisrund, hat keinerlei Lufteinschl\u00fcsse und eine \u00fcber die gesamte Rohrl\u00e4nge hinweg <strong>gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Wanddicke<\/strong>. W\u00e4hrend der Aush\u00e4rtungsphase dreht sich die Form weiter, um ein absolut kreisrundes Endprodukt (innen und au\u00dfen) sicherzustellen. Die finale Wandst\u00e4rke ist \u00fcber die gesamte L\u00e4nge des Rohres gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig und weist sowohl einen <strong>exakten Au\u00dfendurchmesser<\/strong> als auch eine <strong>hohe L\u00e4ngsdruckfestigkeit<\/strong> auf, was u.a. f\u00fcr das Verlegeverfahren Vortrieb besonders wichtig ist. Am Ende des Produktionsprozesses wird das Rohr aus der Matrize herausgezogen und die Rohrenden zugeschnitten und abgefast. Abschlie\u00dfend wird an einem Rohrende eine Kupplung (Muffe) montiert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Dank der dreidimensionalen chemischen Verbindung des Harzes kann gew\u00e4hrleistet werden, dass das Rohr als <strong>Duroplast<\/strong> seine Stabilit\u00e4t auch in sehr warmen Umgebungen beh\u00e4lt. Zus\u00e4tzlich bietet die Verbundwerkstofftechnologie den Vorteil, dass die <strong>Festigkeitseigenschaften<\/strong> der Produkte f\u00fcr die jeweiligen Belastungsrichtungen ma\u00dfgeschneidert ausgelegt werden k\u00f6nnen.
