Andere Materialien wie Glasfaser- oder Polyestervlies k\u00f6nnen zur Verbesserung der <strong>Abrasionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit<\/strong> und der Rohroberfl\u00e4che eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Die Endlosfaser-Wickelmaschine besteht aus einem kontinuierlichen Stahlband und einer Spindel aus St\u00e4ben, die mit einem Zylinder verbunden sind. Wenn sich die Spindel dreht, zieht die Reibung das Stahlband straff und Rollenlager erm\u00f6glichen eine axiale Bewegung, so dass sich der gesamte Mantel spindelf\u00f6rmig kontinuierlich nach vorne bis zur R\u00fcckf\u00fchrung bewegt. W\u00e4hrend der Formkern sich bewegt, werden die Rohstoffe mit Hilfe von <strong>elektronischen Sensoren pr\u00e4zise dosiert<\/strong> aufgebracht: Zuerst die Trennfolie, gefolgt von unterschiedlichen Glasfasermaterialien, umgeben von einer Polyesterharzmatrix. Die <strong>Strukturschichten<\/strong> enthalten nur Glas und Harz, w\u00e4hrend der Kern reinen Quarzsand enth\u00e4lt. Nachdem das Rohr auf dem Wickelkern hergestellt wurde und ausgeh\u00e4rtet ist, wird es auf die erforderliche L\u00e4nge gek\u00fcrzt.
