Hier wurde das Neubaugebiet \u201eAn der alten Markthalle\u201c mit 72 Baupl\u00e4tzen erschlossen. Dabei stellten die topografischen Gegebenheiten eine Herausforderung dar und machten viel Flexibilit\u00e4t seitens der Beteiligten erforderlich. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amiblu.com\/de\/formteile-schaechte\/\">GFK-Rohre und -Sch\u00e4chte von Amiblu<\/a> waren hierbei f\u00fcr den Stauraumkanal die Produkte der Wahl. Sie konnten insbesondere aufgrund ihrer hervorragenden Werkstoffeigenschaften auf schwierigem Baugrund \u00fcberzeugen.<\/p>\n<p>In der Ausschreibung wurde urspr\u00fcnglich ein Stahlbetonkanal mit Trockenwetterrinne vorgesehen. Dass die ausf\u00fchrende Baufirma jedoch eine alternative L\u00f6sung ins Spiel brachte, hatte gleich mehrere Gr\u00fcnde: Stahlbetonrohre wiegen in der vorgesehenen Nennweite bei einer Baul\u00e4nge von 2,5 m jeweils zwischen 8 und 9 t. Angesichts der Hanglage w\u00e4re der Einbau schwierig geworden \u2013 insbesondere, weil der vorhandene Platz f\u00fcr die Lagerung des Aushubs ben\u00f6tigt wurde und deshalb eine Aufstellfl\u00e4che f\u00fcr den erforderlichen Mobilkran fehlte. Aber auch die Anlieferung der Betonrohre h\u00e4tte ein Problem dargestellt: Wegen der topografischen Bedingungen ist das Gebiet nur von Osten her \u00fcber die K\u00f6lner Stra\u00dfe zu erreichen. Der Transport der schweren Betonrohre h\u00e4tte hangabw\u00e4rts durch das gesamte Baugebiet erfolgen m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Vorschlag, stattdessen deutlich leichtere GFK-Rohre von Amiblu zu verlegen, \u00fcberzeugte nach eingehender Pr\u00fcfung sowohl den Erschlie\u00dfungstr\u00e4ger, der gleichzeitig auch Planer und Bauherr war, als auch die Stadt Lahnstein als sp\u00e4tere Eigent\u00fcmerin. Dabei wurde zun\u00e4chst sowohl die Kostenneutralit\u00e4t bei der Errichtung als auch die technische Gleichwertigkeit der GFK-Rohre gegen\u00fcber einem Betonkanal gepr\u00fcft.<\/p>\n<p>Anstelle eines Krans, wie er bei Betonrohren notwendig gewesen w\u00e4re, reichte ein Bagger, um die 6 m langen, deutlich leichteren GFK-Rohre zu verlegen. Aufgrund der gro\u00dfen Rohrl\u00e4ngen konnten zwei bis drei Rohre pro Tag verbaut werden. Schon nach vier Wochen war der Stauraumkanal fertiggestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich zu dem Stauraumkanal kamen in Lahnstein auch drei GFK-Sch\u00e4chte zum Einsatz: ein Einlaufschacht (DN 1000), ein Auslaufschacht (DN 1200) sowie ein Schacht (DN 1000) in der Mitte des Stauraumkanals, der an dieser Stelle eine leichte Richtungs\u00e4nderung um 12 Grad macht.<\/p>\n<p>Auch wenn die Baustelle den Beteiligten viel Flexibilit\u00e4t abverlangte \u2013 am Ende zeigten sich alle zufrieden mit dem Werkstoff, dem Handling der Rohre, der Verlegearbeit und der Beratung durch Amiblu.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amiblu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021-Neubaugebiet-Lahnstein.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hier geht&#8217;s zum Projektbericht!<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":8,"featured_media":41899,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[162],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-41898","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news-2"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.3 (Yoast SEO v27.4) -
