{"id":44242,"date":"2022-01-27T10:02:22","date_gmt":"2022-01-27T09:02:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.amiblu.com\/?p=44242"},"modified":"2022-07-20T11:48:54","modified_gmt":"2022-07-20T09:48:54","slug":"sanierung-des-goerlitzer-pontekanals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.amiblu.com\/de\/sanierung-des-goerlitzer-pontekanals\/","title":{"rendered":"Sanierung des G\u00f6rlitzer Pontekanals"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-l06ieled-e48dea73a89986533b1c67e5af8474ab '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h1><strong>Herausforderungen optimal gemeistert<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Besser h\u00e4tte es bei der Sanierung des G\u00f6rlitzer Pontekanals nicht laufen k\u00f6nnen: Mit <strong>Amiblu Germany GmbH<\/strong> als erfahrenem Hersteller von glasfaserverst\u00e4rkten Kunststoffrohren (GFK), einer eingespielten ARGE aus <strong>Aarsleff Rohrsanierung GmbH<\/strong> und <strong>STRABAG AG<\/strong>, Direktion Sachsen\/Th\u00fcringen, und bei vorwiegend trockenem Wetter gingen die Arbeiten am Regenwasserkanal deutlich schneller voran als gedacht. Schon beim Einbau konnten die gro\u00dfen GFK-Profile ihre St\u00e4rken unter Beweis stellen: einfach zu transportieren, gut zu handhaben und noch dazu nachhaltig. Die auftraggebenden <strong>Stadtwerke G\u00f6rlitz AG<\/strong> zeigten sich mit ihrer Entscheidung f\u00fcr die Amiblu Produkte h\u00f6chst zufrieden.<\/p>\n<p>Der schnelle Baufortschritt spricht f\u00fcr sich: Eigentlich h\u00e4tte die aus Aarsleff und STRABAG bestehende ARGE noch bis Mitte Dezember 2021 Zeit gehabt, um die Arbeiten am G\u00f6rlitzer Pontekanal fertigzustellen. Im Juli, also f\u00fcnf Monate vor offizieller Vertragsfrist, hatten die beiden ausf\u00fchrenden Unternehmen allerdings die <strong>Sanierungsma\u00dfnahmen<\/strong> bereits abgeschlossen. Lediglich kleinere Restarbeiten galt es noch zu erledigen. Ein derart schneller Baufortschritt ist alles andere als allt\u00e4glich \u2013 genau wie die Baustelle selbst, die hinsichtlich eines Profilwechsels, gro\u00dfer Rohrdimensionen, eines au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich gro\u00dfen, zu verf\u00fcllenden Ringraums sowie aufgrund der ehemaligen Nutzung des Gel\u00e4ndes als Gaswerk f\u00fcr die ARGE einige Herausforderungen bereithielt. Zusammen mit Amiblu konnte die Aufgabe jedoch zur Zufriedenheit aller gemeistert werden. Dabei kamen auf einer L\u00e4nge von <strong>100 m <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amiblu.com\/de\/drucklose-rohre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kreisrunde GFK-Rohre<\/a><\/strong> von Amiblu der <strong>Nennweite DN 2200<\/strong> zum Einsatz, die Aarsleff <strong>per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amiblu.com\/de\/grabenlose-anwendungen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Relining<\/a><\/strong> in den <strong>Pontekanal aus dem 19. Jahrhundert<\/strong> einbaute. In <strong>offener Bauweise<\/strong> verlegte die STRABAG auf <strong>40 m <\/strong>L\u00e4nge<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amiblu.com\/de\/nicht-kreisrunde-rohre-nc-line\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GFK-Maulprofile<\/a><\/strong> von Amiblu NC-Line in der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe <strong>3200 x 2000 mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Standsicherheit besonders wichtig<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dass die Sanierung notwendig geworden war, lag an den altersbedingten Sch\u00e4den des \u00fcber 100j\u00e4hrigen Regenwasserkanals: Eine Inspektion hatte <strong>Korrosionssch\u00e4den an den Tr\u00e4gerelementen<\/strong> ergeben. Hinzu kamen u.a. <strong>Risse mit Infiltrationen<\/strong> und eine <strong>freiliegende, korrodierte Bewehrung<\/strong>. \u201eAngesichts dieser Defekte war die Statik des Kanals schwer einzusch\u00e4tzen. Handlungsbedarf war vor allem deshalb gegeben, da der oberirdische Bereich neu genutzt werden soll\u201c, erz\u00e4hlt Michael Brand von den Stadtwerken G\u00f6rlitz (SWG) und verweist damit auf Pl\u00e4ne, die G\u00f6rlitz f\u00fcr Touristen attraktiver machen sollen: Dort, wo einst das Gaswerk stand, sollen Caravanstellpl\u00e4tze errichtet werden, nur wenige Meter vom darunter liegenden Pontekanal entfernt. Bis Touristen hier jedoch das erste Wohnmobil parken k\u00f6nnen, muss die ehemalige, teils <strong>kontaminierte Industriefl\u00e4che<\/strong> saniert werden. Zur Beseitigung der Altlasten sind schwere Baufahrzeuge vonn\u00f6ten. \u201eDaher ist eine einwandfreie Standsicherheit des Regenwasserkanals essenziell. Die hohe statische Belastbarkeit hat neben den hydraulischen Anforderungen bei unseren Planungen eine gro\u00dfe Rolle gespielt\u201c, sagt Bertram Stihler von <strong>STEIN Ingenieure GmbH<\/strong>, Leipzig. \u201eErschwerend kam dabei hinzu, dass der Kanal weitestgehend nur eine sehr geringe \u00dcberdeckung aufweist.\u201c<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sondervorschlag mit GFK-Maulprofilen \u00fcberzeugt<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dass<strong> GFK-Rohre<\/strong> in puncto <strong>Belastbarkeit<\/strong> \u00fcberzeugende Argumente liefern, zeigte sich im Auswahlverfahren: F\u00fcr den in geschlossener Bauweise zu erneuernden Hauptkanal war ohnehin der Einsatz von kreisrunden GFK-Rohren vorgesehen. F\u00fcr die in offener Bauweise zu erneuernden 40 m jedoch sollten laut Ausschreibung Maulprofile aus Stahlbeton eingesetzt werden. Der Einsatz kreisrunder Rohre kam in diesem Bereich aufgrund geringer \u00dcberdeckung \u00fcber dem Rohrscheitel nicht in Frage. Erst ein von Amiblu gemeinsam mit STRABAG ausgearbeiteter <strong>Sondervorschlag<\/strong> brachte hierf\u00fcr glasfaserverst\u00e4rkte Kunststoffrohre ins Spiel. Dabei zeigte sich schnell, dass GFK-Rohre auch f\u00fcr die offene Verlegung die <strong>bessere Wahl<\/strong> waren. \u201eWichtig f\u00fcr den Sondervorschlag war der <strong>statische Nachweis<\/strong> f\u00fcr das GFK-Maulprofil. Dieser wurde gleichwertig zu einem Stahlbetonprofil erbracht. Somit wurden alle Vorgaben des Betreibers erf\u00fcllt. Aus der geringeren Wandst\u00e4rke des GFK-Maulprofils gegen\u00fcber den dickwandigeren Stahlbetonprofilen ergibt sich eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere \u00dcberdeckung \u00fcber dem Rohrscheitel. Die daraus resultierende bessere Verteilung der Lasten im Boden ergab in diesem Fall aus statischer Sicht die <strong>optimale L\u00f6sung<\/strong>\u201c, betont Amiblu-Au\u00dfendienstmitarbeiter Kunststoffrohre: \u201eWir haben schon bei anderen Baustellen in G\u00f6rlitz <strong>gute Erfahrungen mit GFK<\/strong> gesammelt. Dass die Rohre wesentlich leichter sind, hat auch diesmal die Ma\u00dfnahme deutlich beschleunigt. Anders als es bei Stahlbetonrohren der Fall gewesen w\u00e4re, sind wir ohne gro\u00dfe Krane ausgekommen\u201c, hebt Brand einen Vorteil hervor.
