Der Ersatzneubau w\u00e4re sehr kostspielig und umst\u00e4ndlich gewesen, weswegen man sich letztendlich f\u00fcr die Sanierungsl\u00f6sung mit Amiblu NC Line entschied.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der Vorteil<\/strong>: keine Stra\u00dfensperrung, keine Verkehrsf\u00fchrung, kein \u00c4rger.<\/p>\n<p>Das Programm des Kent County Council f\u00fcr geplante Stra\u00dfeninstandhaltungsarbeiten in den Jahren 2019 bis 2021 umfasste bereits Verst\u00e4rkungsarbeiten an Bauwerken wie dem Raigersfeld-Kanal unter der A20 Ashford Road in Maidstone, Kent.<\/p>\n<p>Im Anschluss an fr\u00fchere Sanierungsarbeiten f\u00fcr den Kent County Council wurde erneut Steadline Ltd. beauftragt, die erforderlichen Verbesserungen an einem bestehenden historischen Durchlass aus Ziegeln und Stahltr\u00e4gern vorzunehmen, der Anzeichen von Abnutzung aufwies, was zu einer Einschr\u00e4nkung der Durchflusskapazit\u00e4t f\u00fchrte.<\/p>\n<p>Das Projektteam, bestehend aus Steadline Ltd., BdR (Civil &#038; Structural Engineering) Ltd. und Amiblu, entschied sich f\u00fcr nicht-kreisf\u00f6rmige GFK-Rohre, die besondere Herausforderungen zu bew\u00e4ltigen hatten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stahlquerschnitte an der Unterseite des Durchlasses<\/li>\n<li>Inkonsistente Geometrien<\/li>\n<li>Verkehrsbelastungen<\/li>\n<li>Eingeschr\u00e4nkter Zugang<\/li>\n<li>Umweltaspekte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Das Ergebnis<\/strong>: 16 m x 1 m lange, 1244 mm x 754 mm gro\u00dfe, eliptisch geformte NC Line Rohre mit einer Wandst\u00e4rke von 27 mm und einem Gewicht von nur 175 kg pro Meter. Die Ma\u00dfe wurden so konzipiert, dass der erforderliche Querschnitt und die Durchflusskapazit\u00e4t erhalten blieben.<\/p>\n<p>Mehr zum Projekt in unserer <a
