Eine echte Herausforderung f\u00fcr das gesamte Team von <strong>Amiblu Spanien<\/strong>, das die Arbeiten an der Nordsee unter widrigen Wetterbedingungen wie heftigen St\u00fcrmen und Unwettern ausf\u00fchren musste.<\/p>\n<p>Der Zweck des Regasifizierungsterminals besteht darin, das <strong>Fl\u00fcssigerdgas LNG <\/strong>in einen gasf\u00f6rmigen Zustand umzuwandeln, bevor es in das Versorgungsnetz eingespeist wird. Die <strong>GFK-Rohre dienen der Zirkulation des direkt aus dem Meer entnommenen Wassers<\/strong>, das am <strong>W\u00e4rmeaustausch<\/strong> beteiligt ist, um das Gas vom fl\u00fcssigen in den gasf\u00f6rmigen Zustand zu \u00fcberf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Zu diesem Zweck hat <strong>Amiblu Spanien<\/strong> in seinem Werk in Camarles (Tarragona) <strong>alle GFK-Rohre komplett hergestellt<\/strong>, alle <strong>Metalltr\u00e4ger entworfen<\/strong> und geliefert sowie die f\u00fcr das System erforderlichen Ausr\u00fcstungen wie <strong>Kompensatoren und Entl\u00fcfter geliefert<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Das gesamte Projekt umfasste <strong>GFK-Rohre und Formst\u00fccke<\/strong> in den Durchmessern DN1400 (520 ml) und DN900 (90 ml) f\u00fcr die <strong>Seewasserzufuhr<\/strong> zu den Verdampfern, DN1000 (230 ml) f\u00fcr die <strong>Seewasserabfuhrleitungen<\/strong> sowie DN800 (40 ml)\/ DN600 (120 ml)\/ DN350 (600 ml) f\u00fcr die <strong>Hilfssysteme<\/strong> und DN100\/80\/50 f\u00fcr die <strong>Abfl\u00fcsse und Anschl\u00fcsse der Instrumente<\/strong>. F\u00fcr die <strong>Erweiterung des Feuerl\u00f6schsystems<\/strong> (GRE) wurden Rohre und Formst\u00fccke in den Durchmessern DN200\/DN150\/DN80 hergestellt und geliefert.<\/p>\n<p>Das Projekt, dessen <strong>Fertigstellung f\u00fcr Mai 2023 geplant<\/strong> ist, erforderte von Amiblu Spanien ein hohes Ma\u00df an Koordination mit anderen beteiligten Firmen sowie mit dem Kunden und dem Personal vor Ort.
