Dabei handelt es sich um <strong>den ersten von zwei Teilbauabschnitten<\/strong>. Die Arbeiten werden von der <em>Klaus Stewering GmbH &amp; Co. KG<\/em> ausgef\u00fchrt. Verlegt wird ein etwa <strong>370 m langer Regenr\u00fcckhaltekanal (RRK) mit einer Nennweite von DN 2800 bzw. DN 3600<\/strong>. Hinzu kommen <strong>mehrere Zu- und Ablaufkan\u00e4le in einem Nennweitenbereich bis DN 900<\/strong>. Der neue gro\u00dfdimensionierte Kanal soll nach seiner Fertigstellung dazu dienen, das insbesondere <strong>bei Starkregenereignissen anfallende Niederschlagswasser zwischenzuspeichern<\/strong> und gedrosselt in das Kanalnetz weiterzuleiten.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201eZiel ist es, Abflussspitzen im Bereich Broicher Waldweg und Liebigstra\u00dfe aufzufangen und damit insbesondere f\u00fcr eine Entlastung und einen \u00dcberflutungsschutz des Bereiches um den Broicher Waldweg zu sorgen\u201c, sagt Dipl.-Ing. Burkhard Malcus, Leiter Planung, medl GmbH und technischer Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der M\u00fclheimer Stadtentw\u00e4sserung (sem GmbH).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Regenr\u00fcckhaltekanal kommen <strong>Rohre und Sch\u00e4chte aus glasfaserverst\u00e4rktem Kunststoff (GFK) von Amiblu<\/strong> zum Einsatz. Die GFK-Rohre sind selbst in den Nennweiten von DN 2800 mm und DN 3600 mm <strong>mit normalem Bauger\u00e4t an der Einbaustelle gut zu handhaben<\/strong> und sorgen aufgrund ihrer Baul\u00e4nge von drei Metern und ihren materialtechnischen Eigenschaften f\u00fcr einen <strong>schnellen und wirtschaftlichen Bauablauf<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" itemprop=\"text\" ><h3><strong>\u00dcberzeugende Materialeigenschaften<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bei den Rohren und Sch\u00e4chten der ersten beiden Bauabschnitte hat sich der Auftraggeber f\u00fcr glasfaserverst\u00e4rkte Kunststoffrohre (GFK) entschieden.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201e<strong>GFK-Rohrsysteme f\u00fcr drucklose Abwasserkan\u00e4le<\/strong> von Amiblu verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber eine spezielle Rohrstruktur, sind <strong>hochbest\u00e4ndig gegen Korrosion<\/strong> und somit <strong>ideal f\u00fcr Abwassernetze geeignet<\/strong>\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Holger H\u00f6rnemann, Amiblu Vertriebsleiter Deutschland.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201eDer Werkstoff zeichnet sich durch eine <strong>hohe Langzeitbest\u00e4ndigkeit und hervorragende Hydraulik<\/strong> aus und ist <strong>hochdrucksp\u00fcl- und korrosionsbest\u00e4ndig<\/strong> sowie abriebfest. Matthias Niehoff, <em>Klaus Stewering GmbH &amp; Co. KG<\/em>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201eAnstelle eines Schwerlastkrans, wie er beispielsweise bei der Verlegung von Stahlbetonrohren notwendig gewesen w\u00e4re, reicht ein mittelgro\u00dfer Mobilbagger aus, um die drei Meter langen GFK-Rohre in die Baugrube einzuheben\u201c, nennt der Bauleiter einen Vorteil, der sich vor allem auf beengten innerst\u00e4dtischen Baustellen bemerkbar macht.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Auch vor dem Hintergrund, dass die neuen Kanalrohre bis zum K\u00e4mpfer in Fl\u00fcssigboden verlegt werden, k\u00f6nnen die GFK-Rohre punkten. Insbesondere aufgrund der <strong>relativ geringen Wandst\u00e4rke<\/strong>, die statt bei diesen Nennweiten oft \u00fcblichen 30 cm nur ca. 8 cm aufweist. Deshalb tr\u00e4gt die Kombination aus zeitweise flie\u00dff\u00e4higem Verf\u00fcllbaustoff und den eingesetzten Rohren dazu bei, dass der Arbeitsraum deutlich geringer ausfallen kann. Gregor Wessendorf, <em>Klaus Stewering GmbH &amp; Co. KG<\/em>. F\u00fcr die Verlegung der Rohre hat das ausf\u00fchrende Unternehmen einen <strong>Mobilbagger im Einsatz<\/strong>, der mit einer Vielzahl von <strong>hydraulischen Anbauger\u00e4ten ausger\u00fcstet<\/strong> ist, die in Sekundenschnelle gewechselt werden k\u00f6nnen. \u201eHierzu z\u00e4hlt auch ein Anbauger\u00e4t, dass \u00fcber eine Vakuumhebetechnik f\u00fcr das Anheben und Transportieren der Rohre verf\u00fcgt\u201c, so Wessendorf weiter.\u00a0\u201eDieser <strong>Vakuumheber<\/strong> <strong>erleichtert die Arbeit vor Ort<\/strong> erheblich und wurde von Stewering speziell f\u00fcr diesen Einsatzfall in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ger\u00e4tehersteller entwickelt.\u201c<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-ljwve95f-0661b25f5060c2d4896564dd82fb98c6\">\n#top .av_textblock_section.av-ljwve95f-0661b25f5060c2d4896564dd82fb98c6 .avia_textblock{\nfont-size:18px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-ljwve95f-0661b25f5060c2d4896564dd82fb98c6 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Neben den Kanalrohren<\/strong> wurden weitere Produkte von Amiblu zur Baustelle geliefert \u2013 so <strong>unter anderem Sch\u00e4chte, Formteile und teilweise auch B\u00f6gen<\/strong>. Dabei handelt es sich laut Vertriebsleiter H\u00f6rnemann nicht um Standardprodukte, sondern um von Amiblu bereits in der Planungsphase in Absprache mit dem Bauherrn konzipierte und <strong>auf die Anforderungen an der Einbaustelle angepasste Formteile<\/strong>.
