t\u00e4tig und seit 2022 auch verantwortlicher Ausbilder f\u00fcr unsere Maschinenanlagenfahrer am Standort Trollenhagen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie lange bist du bei Amiblu und worin besteht dein Aufgabenbereich?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ich kenne das Werk noch von meinem Vater, der hier fr\u00fcher in der Rohrfertigung gearbeitet hat. So kannte ich bei meinem eigenen Start im Unternehmen schon einige der \u201ealten\u201c Kollegen und war von Anfang an gut integriert. Meine Ausbildung habe ich als Kfz-Mechaniker abgeschlossen und war dann einige Jahre in der Pulverbeschichtung t\u00e4tig, bis ich 2011 bei Hobas in der Formteilfertigung anfing. Ich erinnere mich noch gut, dass es damals um NC-Line Rohre f\u00fcr ein Projekt in Basel ging.<\/p>\n<p>Anfangs war mein Vertrag noch befristet, aber schon nach gut 6 Monaten wurde ich am damaligen Standort Stade eingesetzt und habe dort an Headern f\u00fcr ein gro\u00dfes Industrieprojekt gearbeitet. Seitdem war ich in verschiedenen Abteilungen und auch einige Wochen an verschiedenen Amiblu Standorten, unter anderem 2016 in \u00d6sterreich.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was gef\u00e4llt dir an deiner Arbeit bei Amiblu am besten und wie sieht ein typischer Arbeitstag aus?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Momentan arbeite ich an der Rohrs\u00e4ge, mein typischer Arbeitstag besteht also darin, \u201eRohre kurz zu machen\u201c \ud83d\ude0a. Wir arbeiten im Dreischichtbetrieb und k\u00fcrzen die Rohre auf die richtige L\u00e4nge, pr\u00fcfen die Qualit\u00e4t und beurteilen, ob eine Nachbearbeitung notwendig ist.<\/p>\n<p>Seitdem ich damals angefangen habe, war ich inzwischen schon im Formteilbau, bei der Kupplungsproduktion, NC Line und bin jetzt aktuell in der Rohrproduktion im Einsatz \u2013 die Abwechslung macht den Unterschied.<\/p>\n<p>Und trotzdem m\u00f6chte man nach einigen Berufsjahren nat\u00fcrlich immer wieder neue Aufgaben und Herausforderungen kennen lernen. Das war auch einer der Gr\u00fcnde, warum ich mich 2022 f\u00fcr das Thema Berufsausbildung interessiert habe. Ich wollte mich aktiv in die Ausbildung des Nachwuchses einbringen und den jungen Leuten das Handwerk richtig beibringen. Das Unternehmen hat auch sofort positiv reagiert und mich unterst\u00fctzt und gef\u00f6rdert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was ist bis heute der sch\u00f6nste Moment, an den du dich mit deinen Kollegen erinnerst? Worauf bist Du besonders stolz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Zeit in \u00d6sterreich war schon das Beste, weil die Stimmung unter den Kollegen einfach gepasst hat und wir auch viel vor Ort gemacht haben. Eine wirklich lustige und tolle Zeit, an die ich mich gerne zur\u00fcck erinnere.<\/p>\n<p>Im Hier und Jetzt ist mir vor allem meine T\u00e4tigkeit als Ausbilder wichtig. Die Lehrlinge w\u00e4hrend ihrer Ausbildung zu begleiten und sie erfolgreich durch die Pr\u00fcfung zu f\u00fchren, ist jedes Mal etwas Besonderes und macht mich schon auch ein bisschen stolz. Ich habe nun schon 3 Lehrlinge erfolgreich begleitet und bin mittlerweile auch ehrenamtlicher Pr\u00fcfer bei der IHK.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Amiblu ist ein Unternehmen, dass &#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2026. weltweit vertreten ist und mich auch schon einige Male auf Reisen geschickt hat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie siehst du deine Zukunft bei Amiblu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ich w\u00fcrde gerne noch ein paar Jahre bei Amiblu bleiben, aber das h\u00e4ngt nat\u00fcrlich auch von meiner Familie und meinem pers\u00f6nlichen Umfeld ab. Die Arbeit an sich macht mir auf jeden Fall noch Spa\u00df und die T\u00e4tigkeit als Ausbilder gibt mir neue Motivation.
