Amiblu Germany GmbH gemeinsam mit der medl GmbH organisierte Baustellentag Ende September. Knapp <strong>40 Teilnehmer<\/strong> von Ingenieurb\u00fcros, Stadtentw\u00e4sserungsbetrieben, Bau\u00e4mtern und Bauunternehmen waren nach M\u00fclheim an der Ruhr gekommen, um sich vor Ort \u00fcber die Vorteile von GFK-Stauraumkan\u00e4len zu informieren. Highlight der Veranstaltung war die M\u00f6glichkeit, \u00fcber einen Tangetialschacht in einen bereits im Betrieb befindlichen <strong>GFK-Stauraumkanal DN 3600<\/strong> einzusteigen sowie einen Blick in das zugeh\u00f6rige <strong>Drosselbauwerk<\/strong> zu werfen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWir haben bislang noch nicht mit solch gro\u00dfen GFK-Profilen gearbeitet. Daher ist es f\u00fcr mich spannend, die Produkte live zu erleben und aus erster Hand mehr \u00fcber den Ablauf auf der Baustelle zu erfahren\u201c, fasst J\u00f6rg Lempke vom Bereich Bauleitung beim EUV Stadtbetrieb Castrop-Rauxel seine Beweggr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr die Teilnahme am Baustellentag zusammen. Schon zum zweiten Mal luden der Hersteller von Rohrsystemen aus glasfaserverst\u00e4rktem Kunststoff (GFK) und die medl GmbH, die f\u00fcr die Stadtentw\u00e4sserung M\u00fclheim (sem) GmbH Kanalbauma\u00dfnahmen plant und in Auftrag gibt, zu einem solchen Praxistag ein. 38 Teilnehmer waren der Einladung gefolgt, darunter Mitarbeiter aus allen bei Kanalbauvorhaben relevanten Bereichen wie Planung, Auftragsvergabe, Bauausf\u00fchrung und Netzbetrieb. <strong>Burkhard Malcus, Leiter Planung der medl GmbH<\/strong> und technischer Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der sem GmbH, sowie <strong>Holger H\u00f6rnemann, Vertriebsleiter Deutschland bei Amiblu<\/strong>, erkl\u00e4rten zu Beginn interessante Details, auf die im weiteren Verlauf des Tages bei der zu besichtigenden Baustelle in M\u00fclheim an der Ruhr vor Ort n\u00e4her eingegangen wurde.<\/p>\n<p>In der Liebigstra\u00dfe\/ Wissollstra\u00dfe war in einem ersten, nun fertiggestellten und in Betrieb genommenen Bauabschnitt ein Stauraumkanal mit GFK-Rohren der Nennweite DN 3600 und DN 2800 erstellt worden. Der zweite Bauabschnitt mit DN 3600, DN 3200, DN 2600 und DN 2000 befindet sich derzeit im Bau.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kompakte Bauh\u00f6he, weniger Aushub<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Notwendig geworden war das Speicherbauwerk, da es in diesem Bereich <strong>nach Starkregenereignissen<\/strong> immer wieder zu einer \u00dcberlastung des Kanalnetzes und \u00dcberflutungen gekommen war. Da die Errichtung eines Regenr\u00fcckhaltebeckens wegen der angespannten Grundwasserverh\u00e4ltnisse nicht wirtschaftlich gewesen w\u00e4re und alternative Fl\u00e4chen nicht zur Verf\u00fcgung standen, entschied man sich bei der medl f\u00fcr einen rund 600 m langen, 5.000 m<sup>3<\/sup> fassenden Stauraumkanal mit Nennweiten zwischen DN 2000 und DN 3600. \u201eF\u00fcr GFK-Rohre sprachen dabei mehrere Gr\u00fcnde\u201c, erl\u00e4utert Planer und Projektbetreuer Marius Morawka von der medl GmbH. \u201eDie Bauh\u00f6he ist aufgrund der vergleichsweise geringen Wanddicke kompakt. Wir konnten somit rund 50 cm Aushubtiefe einsparen. Das klingt nach nicht viel. Auf einer L\u00e4nge von 600 m bedeutet das auf der Baustelle jedoch eine <strong>erhebliche Zeit- und Kosteneinsparung<\/strong>. Und noch etwas kommt hinzu: Dank der geringeren Bauh\u00f6he liegt der Stauraumkanal noch oberhalb der grundwasserf\u00fchrenden Ruhrkiese. Somit k\u00f6nnen wir auf eine Grundwasserhaltung w\u00e4hrend der Ma\u00dfnahme verzichten.\u201c<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" Rekordzeit<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Urspr\u00fcnglich waren f\u00fcr den ersten Bauabschnitt 18 Monate Bauzeit vorgesehen. Daran, dass die Arbeiten bereits nach zehn Monaten fertiggestellt waren, haben die GFK-Rohre von Amiblu dem Leiter Planung bei medl, Burkhard Malcus, zufolge gro\u00dfen Anteil. Denn trotz der verwendeten gro\u00dfen Nennweiten sind sie an der Einbaustelle dank ihres geringen Eigengewichts mit normalem Bauger\u00e4t gut zu handhaben. F\u00fcr das Einsetzen in den Graben entschied sich das Bauunternehmen in M\u00fclheim f\u00fcr die Verwendung eines Vakuumsaughebers.<\/p>\n<p>Auch der Flexibilit\u00e4t von Amiblu ist die schnelle Bauzeit zu verdanken, wie Marc Hirschmann, Amiblu Projektingenieur f\u00fcr Wasserbehandlung ausf\u00fchrt: \u201eWir haben zum Beispiel zeitnah neue <strong>B\u00f6gen der Nennweite DN 3600<\/strong> produziert, da die Leitung verschwenkt werden musste. Es ist immer toll, wenn man dazu beitragen kann, dass es auf der Baustelle vorangeht und alle zufrieden sind. So k\u00f6nnen wir Konstruktionszeichnungen in 3D anfertigen, die auch virtuell begehbar sind. Unsere Projektingenieure \u00fcbernehmen bei Bedarf Baustelleneinweisungen oder beraten bei Montageeins\u00e4tzen wie z. B. Handlaminaten. Zus\u00e4tzlich liefern wir statische Nachweise f\u00fcr die Themen Auftrieb und Hydraulik.\u201c<\/p>\n<h3><strong>CO<sub>2<\/sub> einsparen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Auf gro\u00dfes Interesse seitens der Teilnehmer des Baustellentags stie\u00df die in der Liebigstra\u00dfe\/ Wissollstra\u00dfe angewandte Kombination der GFK-Rohre mit Fl\u00fcssigboden. Hierdurch konnte der Graben schmaler ausgehoben und dank des Fl\u00fcssigbodens auf eine mechanische Verdichtung verzichtet sowie eine fachgerechte Zwickelverdichtung sichergestellt werden. \u201eSchmalere Gr\u00e4ben und der <strong>Einsatz von Fl\u00fcssigboden<\/strong> bieten eine hervorragende M\u00f6glichkeit, CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Emissionen zu reduzieren, da weniger Aushub anf\u00e4llt und dieser nicht transportiert werden muss. Besonders interessant fand ich, wie die Kombination Fl\u00fcssigboden und GFK-Rohre umgesetzt wurde. STRABAG hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, bis 2040 klimaneutral zu werden. Daher legen wir ebenfalls gro\u00dfen Wert auf eine <strong>lange Lebensdauer der Rohre<\/strong> und einen <strong>geringen Wartungsaufwand<\/strong>\u201c, betont Nora Mattheisen von STRABAG Rheinland.<\/p>\n<p>Gemeinsam mit den anderen Teilnehmern des Amiblu Baustellentages konnte sie sich auf der Baustelle selbst ein Bild machen von der glatten Rohrinnenwand, die Ablagerungen minimiert und in M\u00fclheim dazu gef\u00fchrt hat, dass auf eine Trockenwetterrinne verzichtet wurde. Wer wollte, konnte in den Stauraumkanal DN 3600 hinabklettern und das <strong>GFK-System genauestens unter die Lupe nehmen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Baustellentag war f\u00fcr alle eine Bereicherung<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Am Ende des Baustellentages waren die Anwesenden auf Veranstalter- und Teilnehmerseite begeistert. Amiblu Gebietsverkaufsleiter Schmitt: \u201eUnsere Erwartungen wurden \u00fcbererf\u00fcllt. Das Thema<strong> Stauraumkan\u00e4le ist in NRW sehr gefragt<\/strong>, das hat man auch an der Teilnehmerzahl gesehen. Im Zuge des Klimawandels wird die Regenwasservorsorge immer wichtiger.
