Gemeinsam mit anderen Kollegen arbeitete er an Maschinen f\u00fcr die Produktion des ersten geschleuderten DN 3000 GFK-Rohres in Polen. Nach dem erfolgreichen Abschluss des Projektes wechselte er im August 2009 in die Anwendungstechnik im damaligen Hobas Werk in Wietersdorf (A).<\/p>\n<p>Schnell \u00e4nderte sich sein Job vom reinen Konstrukteur und er \u00fcbernahm zus\u00e4tzliche Aufgaben wie Baustellenbetreuung und Au\u00dfendienstt\u00e4tigkeiten. An einem anderen Tag habe ich Termine auf einer Wasserkraftbaustelle in \u00d6sterreich, wo wir die Baufirma bei der Verlegung beraten und Kontrollen an den Leitungen durchf\u00fchren. Und die Woche drauf habe ich dann Business-Development Termine mit Vertriebskollegen in Asia-Pacific.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was ist bis heute der sch\u00f6nste Moment, an den du dich mit deinen Kollegen erinnerst? Worauf bist Du besonders stolz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Da gibt es so viele sch\u00f6ne und spezielle Momente in den letzten Jahren, dass eine Aufz\u00e4hlung hier den Rahmen sprengen w\u00fcrde. Ich glaube, wenn ich mal in Pension gehe, k\u00f6nnte ich ein Buch dar\u00fcber schreiben.<\/p>\n<p>Besonders stolz bin ich auf mein Team und die jederzeit gute Zusammenarbeit. Das passt einfach.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Amiblu ist ein Unternehmen, &#8230; <\/strong>das nachhaltige L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die Wasser-Infrastruktur der n\u00e4chsten Generationen liefert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie siehst du deine Zukunft bei Amiblu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ich sehe meine Zukunft bei Amiblu als eine spannende Reise mit vielen Entwicklungsm\u00f6glichkeiten \u2013 vergangene und noch bevorstehende. Besonders reizt mich die internationale Ausrichtung und die M\u00f6glichkeit, an zukunftsweisenden, nachhaltigen Infrastrukturprojekten mitzuwirken, die wirklich etwas bewegen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Erinnerst du dich an Situationen, in denen deine technischen F\u00e4higkeiten (oder die deiner Kollegen) und euer Einfallsreichtum f\u00fcr den Erfolg eines Projekts von entscheidender Bedeutung waren?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prinzipiell ist das eigentlich jeden Tag der Fall. Unsere Produkte werden nicht im Baumarkt von der Stange gekauft, sondern wir liefern ingenieurtechnische L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr komplexe Projekte und die zugeh\u00f6rigen Produkte und Dienstleistungen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie w\u00fcrdest du den Ingenieurberuf in unserer Branche und die Rolle von Ingenieuren als Probleml\u00f6ser und Innovatoren beschreiben? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Ingenieurberuf im Rohrleitungsbau ist f\u00fcr mich weit mehr als nur das Anwenden von technischen Standards \u2013 Ingenieure spielen eine Schl\u00fcsselrolle in der Gestaltung nachhaltiger Infrastruktur.<\/p>\n<p>Ingenieure sind Probleml\u00f6ser im besten Sinne: Wir verbinden technisches Know-how mit Kreativit\u00e4t, um L\u00f6sungen zu entwickeln, die nicht nur funktionieren, sondern auch wirtschaftlich, \u00f6kologisch und zukunftssicher sind. Besonders in Zeiten des Klimawandels und wachsender Anforderungen an Ressourceneffizienz ist Innovationskraft gefragt.<\/p>\n<p>Ob es um die Optimierung von Verlegetechniken, die Auswahl langlebiger Materialien oder die Integration digitaler Technologien geht \u2013 Ingenieure sind oftmals die Treiber des Fortschritts. Ich sehe unsere Rolle als Br\u00fccke zwischen Theorie und Praxis, zwischen Vision und Umsetzung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Siehst du Ingenieure als Verfechter der Nachhaltigkeit und wenn ja, in welcher Hinsicht? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ja, ich sehe Ingenieure definitiv als zentrale Verfechter von Nachhaltigkeit, und zwar auf mehreren Ebenen. Denn unsere Entscheidungen beeinflussen direkt, wie ressourcenschonend, langlebig und umweltvertr\u00e4glich Bauprojekte umgesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Im Tiefbau bedeutet das zum Beispiel, nachhaltige Materialien zu w\u00e4hlen, energieeffiziente Verfahren zu entwickeln und Systeme so zu planen, dass sie \u00fcber Generationen hinweg zuverl\u00e4ssig funktionieren.<\/p>\n<p>Aber es geht nicht nur um Technik \u2013 es geht auch um Haltung: Ingenieure tragen Verantwortung daf\u00fcr, dass L\u00f6sungen nicht nur wirtschaftlich und sicher, sondern auch \u00f6kologisch und sozial tragf\u00e4hig sind. Wir k\u00f6nnen Innovationen vorantreiben und L\u00f6sungen priorisieren, die den CO\u2082-Fu\u00dfabdruck reduzieren, die Kreislaufwirtschaft f\u00f6rdern und die Lebensqualit\u00e4t verbessern.
