NC Line non circulaires<\/strong> (ou coques) de chez Amiblu repr\u00e9sentent la solution id\u00e9ale pour le retubage des vieux ouvrages d\u2019assainissement en milieu urbain, des aqueducs et collecteurs aux formes tr\u00e8s souvent non circulaires. Les coques peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es en tranch\u00e9e ouverte. Les profils non-circulaires sont fabriqu\u00e9s selon la <strong>technologie d\u2019enroulement filamentaire<\/strong>. Des fibres de verre continues impr\u00e9gn\u00e9es de r\u00e9sine et des fibres de verre coup\u00e9es sont enroul\u00e9es sur un mandrin non-circulaire en rotation par s\u00e9quences contr\u00f4l\u00e9es. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette technique, un stratifi\u00e9 tr\u00e8s dense est produit. Il tire le meilleur parti possible des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des trois mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res de base: les fibres de verre, la r\u00e9sine et le sable. Les syst\u00e8mes de canalisation NC Line peuvent \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9s sur mesure selon les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du projet et ais\u00e9ment adaptable \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes formes d\u2019ouvrages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Les syst\u00e8mes de canalisation NC Line <strong>sont conformes \u00e0 la norme ISO 16611<\/strong>. La norme ISO 16611:2017 \u00e9tablit des lignes directrices strictes concernant la production et les essais des coques NC Line.
