gemaakt van getrokken glasvezel, thermohardende harsen (bijv. onverzadigde polyesters of vinylesterharsen), mineralen en kiezelzand. De buizen zijn cirkelvormig en hebben een gelijkmatige buitendiameter.<\/p>\n<p>Amiblu buizen met <strong>Hobas technologie<\/strong> worden geproduceerd door middel van een 100% computergestuurd <strong>centrifugaal gietproces<\/strong>. De arm van de productiemachine brengt alle grondstoffen \u2013 getrokken glasvezels, thermohardende kunststoffen (onverzadigde polyester- of vinylesterharsen) en versterkingsmiddelen \u2013 in een snel roterende mal. De buiswand wordt vervolgens in een vooraf bepaald proces laag voor laag en van buiten naar binnen opgebouwd. De materiaalhoeveelheden die door de machine worden ingebracht, worden gecontroleerd en vergeleken met de gewenste ontwerpwaarden om ervoor te zorgen dat elk product volledig traceerbaar is wat betreft de soorten en hoeveelheden grondstof. Nadat alle grondstoffen in de mal zijn ingebracht, neemt de rotatiesnelheid toe. Hoge middelpuntvliedende krachten tot 75 g drukken de materialen tegen de malwand, waarna deze maximaal worden verdicht zodat een zeer solide en dichte buiswand van hoge kwaliteit wordt gecre\u00eberd. Er wordt koud water gebruikt om de mal te koelen en nadat de buis is verwijderd, worden de buiseinden afgezaagd en afgeschuind. Ten slotte wordt op het uiteinde van elke buis een koppeling gemonteerd.<\/p>\n<p>Het <strong>centrifugale gietproces<\/strong> zorgt ervoor dat de pijpen cirkelvormig zijn, de wanddikte en de exacte buitendiameter over de gehele lengte uniform zijn, en het materiaal een hoge longitudinale druksterkte heeft die met name belangrijk is voor het doorpersen. Dankzij de driedimensionale chemische binding van de thermohardende hars, behoudt de buis zijn stabiliteit, zelfs in zeer warme omgevingen.
