<strong>continue filamentwikkeltechnologie van Flowtite<\/strong>. De zeer sterke continue glasvezels weerstaan de omtrekspanningen die ontstaan door interne druk, terwijl de getrokken vezels een uitstekende weerstand bieden tegen axiale spanningen, impact en belastingen als gevolg van verwerking. Het structurele laminaat bestaat uit zwaar versterkte vezels die zijn gescheiden door een compacte, versterkte en met silicium gevulde kern voor optimale trekkracht. De beschermende lagen biedt deze constructie het vermogen om hoge interne drukken te weerstaan en een uitstekende langdurige trekkracht te behouden.<\/p>\n<p>Amiblu buizen met <strong>Flowtite technologie<\/strong> worden vervaardigd met behulp van een continu voortschrijdende en draaiende spoel. Dit proces maakt het gebruik van continue glasvezelversterkingen in de omtreksrichting mogelijk. De belangrijkste spanning voor een drukleiding of ondergrondse leiding vindt plaats in de omtreksrichting, waardoor het opnemen van continue versterkingen in deze richting een beter presterend product tegen lagere kosten oplevert.<\/p>\n<p>Er wordt een zeer gecomprimeerd laminaat gemaakt dat de bijdrage van de drie basisgrondstoffen maximaliseert: Continue glasvezelrovings en rovingmatten bieden een hoge wikkelsterkte en axiale versterking, en de versterking door zand zorgt voor een verhoogde stijfheid door extra dikte toe te voegen. Dankzij het dubbele harsafgiftesysteem van Flowtite kan de apparatuur een speciale binnenste harsvoering aanbrengen voor sterk corrosieve toepassingen, terwijl voor het structurele en buitenste gedeelte van het laminaat een standaardtype hars wordt gebruikt. Andere materialen zoals een glazen of een polyester vlies kunnen worden gebruikt om de slijtage, chemische bestendigheid en afwerking van de buis te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p>De filamentwikkelvervaardigingsmachine bestaat uit een doorlopende stalen spoel die wordt ondersteund door cilindrische balken. Terwijl de balken draaien, trekt wrijving de stalen band rond en maakt een rollager het mogelijk dat de band zich in de lengterichting beweegt, zodat de hele spoel continu in een spiraalvormige baan naar de uitgang beweegt. Terwijl de spoel roteert, worden voortdurend alle composietmaterialen toegevoegd in nauwkeurige hoeveelheden die worden gedoseerd met behulp van elektronische sensoren. Allereerst laat de mal een film los, gevolgd door verschillende vormen en patronen van glasvezels die zich bevinden in een polyesterharsmatrix. De structurele lagen zijn alleen gemaakt van glas en hars, terwijl de kernlaag zuiver silicium bevat. Nadat de pijp op de spoel is gevormd, wordt deze uitgehard en later op de gewenste lengte gezaagd.
