meer hebben om het product te vermijden, repareren of hergebruiken.&#8221; In de mantra <em>verminderen, repareren, hergebruiken, recyclen<\/em> komt recycling op de laatste plaats.<\/p>\n<p>Als u uw milieu-impact wilt verminderen, maakt u buizen die generaties lang meegaan. Het is niet nodig om te recyclen wat nooit geproduceerd had mogen worden.<\/p>\n<p>Niemand onder de vijftig heeft een jaar zonder Dag van de Aarde geleefd en elk bedrijf krijgt te maken met vragen van sceptische klanten die een sterk idee hebben van wat zij als ecologisch acceptabel beschouwen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zijn onze producten de investering waard?<\/li>\n<li>Zullen onze leidingen de ecologie schaden van het gebied waar ze worden ge\u00efnstalleerd?<\/li>\n<li>Wat is de ecologische voetafdruk van de producten?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eerlijke antwoorden vragen om transparantie. Waarom? Nou\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Duurzaamheid vraagt om niet meer uit de natuur te halen dan we kunnen teruggeven.<\/p>\n<p>Maar we nemen meer dan we geven. Geen enkele menselijke economische activiteit is nog duurzaam.<\/p>\n<p>We hebben niets te maken met het woord duurzaam, totdat we leren om waternetwerken aan te leggen zonder het vermogen van de natuur om zichzelf te regenereren en een grote verscheidenheid aan leven te ondersteunen, te verstoren.<\/p>\n<p>In de toekomst zullen we het hebben over verantwoordelijkheid voor het milieu. We zullen glashelder maken dat ieder van ons de plicht heeft om niet alleen bewust te zijn van de klimaatcrisis, maar ook alles in het werk te stellen om onze planeet te beschermen voor de komende procent van de milieu-impact van GVK-producten wordt bepaald in de ontwerpfase. Een levenscyclusanalyse (LCA) is een krachtig hulpmiddel om te leren welke grondstoffen of productiefasen het meest kritisch zijn voor de milieuprestaties van het product.<\/p>\n<p>We hebben het meest uitgebreide LCA-platform (levenscyclusanalyse) in de buizenindustrie opgezet. Dit stelt ons in staat om de meest milieuvriendelijke grondstoffen, ontwerpen en productieprocessen voor onze producten zorgvuldig te evalueren en te kiezen.<\/p>\n<p>Tot op heden hebben we LCA\u2019s samengesteld voor meer dan 1200 producten, die ongeveer 80% van de omzet vertegenwoordigen. Vervolgens hebben we de uitgebreide rapporten samengevat in gemakkelijk leesbare, EU-gestandaardiseerde milieuproductverklaringen (EPD) en kunnen we de gegevens binnen enkele uren verstrekken aan belanghebbenden die meer willen weten over de milieu-impact van een specifiek product.<\/p>\n<p>Met behulp van onze LCA-scenariogenerator kunnen we snel de Carbon Footprint van verschillende producten van alle Amiblu-fabrieken vergelijken in een cradle-to-gate-scenario. Bovendien kunnen we belanghebbenden informeren over de impact van grondstofselectie en productkeuze sturen naar groenere en meer verantwoorde opties.<\/p>\n<p>We kunnen ook de milieukosten van elk project berekenen in geldwaarde en zo een cijfer geven aan de kostbare bijdrage van de natuur.<\/p>\n<p>Ons toegewijde team van milieuwetenschappers werkt nauw samen met alle afdelingen en hi\u00ebrarchische niveaus, omdat we willen dat het verminderen van de milieueffecten deel uitmaakt van het werk van elke medewerker.
