av\u00a0<strong>Flowtite\u2019s kontinuerlige vikleteknologi<\/strong>. De sterke kontinuerlige glassfiberne motst\u00e5r ringspenningene fra indre trykk, mens de kuttede fibrene gir utmerket motstand mot aksiale belastninger, slag og h\u00e5ndteringsbelastninger. Laminatet best\u00e5r av 2 sterkt armerte strukturelle lag , atskilt av en kompakt kjerne, for \u00e5 gi optimal b\u00f8yestivhet. Sammen med beskyttelseslagene gir denne konstruksjonen kapasitet til \u00e5 motst\u00e5 h\u00f8ye indre trykk og opprettholder utmerket stivhet p\u00e5 lang sikt.<\/p>\n<p>Amiblu r\u00f8r med\u00a0<strong>Flowtite teknologi<\/strong>\u00a0produseres ved bruk av den kontinuerlige vikleprosessen. Denne prosessen tillater bruk av kontinuerlig glassfiberarmering\u00a0 i ringretning. Hovedbelastningen for trykkr\u00f8r eller nedgravde r\u00f8rledninger ligger i ringretning. Ved \u00e5 innlemme en kontinuerlig armering i denne retningen, f\u00e5r man et produkt med h\u00f8yere ytelse og til lavere kostnader.<\/p>\n<p>Det skapes et sv\u00e6rt kompakt laminat som f\u00e5r maksimalt ut av tre basis r\u00e5materialer: kontinuerlig glass og kuttet glass inng\u00e5r for \u00e5 f\u00e5 h\u00f8yere styrke og aksial forsterkning. Sand blir brukt til \u00e5 gi \u00f8kt stivhet ved \u00e5 legge til ekstra tykkelse. Med Flowtites tokomponente resinsystem er maskinen i stand til \u00e5 p\u00e5f\u00f8re et spesielt indre lag med resin for bruksomr\u00e5der som er s\u00e6rlig utsatt for korrosjon, mens det p\u00e5 strukturen og den ytre delen av laminatet blir brukt en resin av standardtype. Andre materialer som overflatematte i glass eller polyester kan brukes for \u00e5 forbedre slitasje egenskapen og kjemiske motstanden, samt for forbedret visuell overfalte av r\u00f8ret.<\/p>\n<p>Viklemaskin best\u00e5r av et kontinuerlig st\u00e5lband st\u00f8ttet av bjelker i sylindrisk form. N\u00e5r maskinen roterer trekker friksjonen st\u00e5lb\u00e5ndet rundt og rullelager gj\u00f8r at b\u00e5ndet kan bevege seg i langsg\u00e5ende retning slik at hele formen beveger seg kontinuerlig i en sprialbane til enden av kjernen. N\u00e5r kjernen roterer m\u00e5les alle kompositt materialer kontinuerlig p\u00e5 den i n\u00f8yaktige mengder ved hjelp av elektroniske sensorer. F\u00f8rst p\u00e5f\u00f8res en slippfilm, etterfulgt av forskjellige former og m\u00f8nstre av glassfiber, fuktet med resin. Strukturlagene er kun laget av glass og resin, mens kjernelaget inkluderer ren silika. Etter at r\u00f8ret er blitt dannet p\u00e5 kjernen, blir det herdet og senere kuttet til \u00f8nsket lengde.
