Insights from the 2025 Amiblu Customer Experience Survey
Customer centricity is one of the core principles of Amiblu, and being the preferred partner for our customers is a central pillar of our strategy. To understand how well we deliver on this ambition, we partnered with Ipsos to listen carefully to what our customers have to say.
The survey focused on customers in the Sewer & Drainage segment across Germany, Spain, France, and Poland, providing a clear view of our performance in four of our key European markets.
The results paint a clear and consistent picture: customers value the professionalism of our teams, our technical expertise, and the long-term reliability of our GRP solutions.
Confidence in Amiblu remains strong:
- 98% of customers intend to continue working with us,
- 88% find it easy to collaborate, and
- over 90% report positive experiences with GRP technology.
These signals confirm the trust customers place in our solutions and in the people who deliver them.
The feedback also highlights where customers see opportunities for us to further enhance their experience. These insights will guide our customer experience priorities in 2026.
As we move forward, the findings will support continued improvement efforts and help us deliver a strong and consistent customer experience across regions.
