Amiblu Australia welcomes SA Premier to Adelaide facility

Amiblu Australia was honoured to welcome South Australian Premier Peter Malinauskas to our GRP pipes manufacturing facility in Adelaide.

Our Lonsdale factory was selected as the venue for the Premier’s announcement outlining the South Australian Government’s plans to support future housing growth and water infrastructure development across the state. The visit recognised the important contribution local manufacturing makes to delivering the infrastructure needed for Australia’s growing communities.

At Amiblu, we are proud to manufacture GRP pipe systems and prefabricated infrastructure locally, supporting critical water and wastewater networks that underpin new developments. Before homes, schools and businesses can be built, essential underground infrastructure must be in place – communities cannot grow without reliable water access.

Hosting this announcement was a great opportunity to highlight how advanced manufacturing and infrastructure solutions support sustainable growth and help address Australia’s housing challenge. It also reinforces the importance of strong Australian manufacturing capability in delivering the infrastructure required for future population and housing expansion.

We appreciate the Premier and the South Australian Government taking the time to visit our facility and recognise the value of local industry in supporting the state’s long-term infrastructure ambitions.

Amiblu Australia looks forward to continuing to support sustainable water infrastructure solutions, local jobs, and resilient communities for many years to come.
